Payton has been a speech-language pathologist with Pediatric Therapies, Inc. since 2021. I received my degree in speech-language pathology from Longwood University and have experience in the public school and pediatric outpatient settings. Ellis
    SLP
Ellís Jones received her bachelor’s degree from Longwood University (LU) in May of 2021 and her master’s from LU in May of 2024. Her love for the field sprung from seeing her mother spark student’s love of learning as a teacher and administrator and her father care for and nurture patients in a geriatric hospital. Ellís thanks God for giving her friends and family that continue to push her to be her best and to enjoy life.  When Ellís isn’t working, you can find her spending time with family, working out at the gym, trying new recipes, and enjoying her life as a newlywed.

    Kira
    CCC-SLP
Kira was practically raised in a public library and, as a result, she fell in love with language from an early age. She is an alumni of JMU (2015) and Longwood University (2017) where she studied communication and theatre. She is a licensed speech-language pathologist with 5 years experience working in the public school system which gave her the opportunities to hone her play-based therapy skills, become a CF Mentor, and qualify as a Certified Baby Sign Language Educator. In her free time, she enjoys attending concerts and plays as well as exploring the hidden gems of RVA!

I am a Speech Language Pathologist Assistant. I was a teacher for 10 years and love working with children. I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Speech and Hearing Science and plan to upgrade to a Masters Degree one day. As a child, I told my mother that it wasn’t fair that some kids didn’t get to have a voice and that I wanted to help them get one and I’m now living the dream. I teach children how to talk back; what’s your superpower? In my spare time, I like to crochet, read, play video games, and go shopping. I look forward to working with you and remember to spread kindness around like confetti.
